I want to work on something that isn’t included in your list of services. Can I still discuss this with you?
In addition to having several tools to work with, Koiya is growing the team of providers, who will all come with their own credentials and set of skills. We want to be confident that we are providing the best service to our clients, and doing so within legal bounds. If you are looking for a modality or orientation that is out out of our scope, we will happily refer you to established, ethical professionals who are trained to work with the approach and tools that would best suit you.
Do you accept insurance?
At this time, we are unable to accept insurance.
How do you accept payments?
Fees can be payed for by Venmo, Zelle, CashApp, or in advance by credit card though our online processor, Stripe. If you wish to mail a check in advance, a company address can be provided. Alternatively, in person sessions can be paid for in cash the day of the meeting.
